  2. LegalWise is not liable for any damages or losses incurred through use of the page.
  3. Any links or tags posted by LegalWise do not necessarily mean that LegalWise is recommending other businesses or products.
  4. LegalWise does not accept responsibility for technical issues experienced on Facebook.
  5. LegalWise owns all rights to the information provided on the Facebook page, otherwise stipulated by LegalWise.
  6. Some content i.e., pictures, videos, descriptions or other information related to the subject of discussion on the page may be property of a third party, therefore LegalWise hosts this information only as an administrator and cannot be held liable for damages or losses caused by same.
  7. Any products not directly affiliated to LegalWise mentioned on the page by third parties are not endorsed. No third party is allowed to post spam or advertise on the page.
  8. The information provided on the LegalWise page by third parties is not the responsibility of the company and/or administrator. Anyone posting content onto the page is solely responsible for their own content.
  9. Individuals should only post content that is not protected under any form of copyright law and respect the rights of the content owners.

Our Community Guidelines

Thank you for making use of this service, we value your input and are committed to creating a community that encourages self-expression, involvement and mirrors the values of fairness and honesty in a democratic society, including respect for the rights, dignity and the property of others and to comply with our Community Guidelines and Facebook’s terms of conditions.

We reserve the right to remove any content or block users that violate our community or that we determine otherwise offensive. Content will be deemed as violating or offensive if it is:

  • Threatening, defamatory, abusive, of a bullying
    nature, indecent, profane or objectionable.
  • Deceptive, false or misleading.
  • Fake or inaccurate posts.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Illegal.
  • Promoting a third-party or is promoting spam.
  • Slandering or insulting.
  • Trolling and troublemaking.
  • In-appropriate, offensive or hateful.
  • Racial insinuations, classism and swear words.
  • Anything that may contain and spread a virus, corrupt file or anything else that may cause damages.
  • Should we conclude that the content posted on our page violates our guidelines, the following steps or a combination may be followed:
    • Step 1: We may hide the post from our wall after requesting the user to engage us on a private platform;
    • Step 2: If you have tagged us on such a post, we may remove the tag;
    • Step 3: After steps 1 and 2 we may block the user from our page;
    • Step 4: Lastly, we reserve the right to report the user to Facebook.

The LegalWise Facebook page is managed daily by a team of Administrators, who post and share content as and when and will respond to posts Monday to Friday during working hours.
